In 1993, he graduated from the Department of Philosophy in METU Faculty of Science and Letters which he entered in 1988. In the same year after graduation, he started to work as Research Associate at Afyon Kocatepe University. In 1994, he entered the master’s program of Social Sciences Institute Public Administration in Dokuz Eylül University and completed this program in 1997 with the thesis of “Michel Foucault’s Power Analysis”. In the same year, he entered the postgraduate program in the Department of Social Sciences Institute Public Administration of Sakarya University and completed this program with the doctorate thesis titled “Democratic Legitimacy in Political Theory and its Problems”. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kemal Bayram who became associate professor on Political Thought in 2011 and is currently working in Marmara University Faculty of Political Sciences as a teaching fellow had articles and translations on political thoughts, political theory, ethics, social theory.
