After İstanbul American Robert College, she completed the bachelor’s degree in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Physics with a minor in Music and Mathematics. She completed a Physics postgraduate at Oxford University. Following the postgraduate study, she pursued her studies in Switzerland CERN till 2009 and worked as a visiting fellow at Cambridge University for 6 months. She studied her post-doctorate degree in Institut de Fisica d’Altes Energies’de (IFAE) between 2010 and 2011. In 2014, she was selected as representative of Middle East countries in CERN’s ACCU and has been working as a Member of Science Board in TÜBİTAK since 14 May 2013.
